  • Chickens (600-700 g) — 2 pieces

  • butter — 100 g
  • lemons — 1 piece

  • cilantro — 3 branches
  • Salt — 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper — ½ tsp
  • mixture of herbs for meat — 1 tsp
  • Water — 100 ml


Prepare the chicken. Cut the neck and third phalanges of wings. Cut the chicken fillets in half lengthwise. Slide the carcass along the section in different directions.
