Grilled fish with salsa


Fried fish is one of the most common ways to cook fresh fish. While fried fishdishes are very diverse, for example you can cook very delicious Grilled fish with salsa


Ingredients for fish:

  • Saltwater fish — 1 kg
  • Dry white wine — 120 g
  • Olive oil — 50 ml
  • Orange juice — 20 ml
  • Thyme — 50g
  • Rosemary — 10g
  • Bay leaves — 5 g
  • Oil — 50 g

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • Tomatoes — 4 pcs
  • Onions — 1 pcs
  • Lemon juice — 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt — ½ tsp
  • Sugar — 1 tbsp. l.
  • Cilantro — 1 vet
  • Chili pepper — ½ piece


The fish is cut into portions. Coat with marinade of olive oil and orange juice. On top of the fish put a piece of butter, sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, bay leaf and pour the white dry wine.

Assign each piece of twine. Make an envelope of 5 layers: parchment, foil, parchment, foil, parchment. Fold the envelope and fasten with a toothpick. Bake at 430 F for 10 minutes.

For the sauce, chopped tomatoes and onions and bake 15 minutes at 430 F.
Remove the peel from vegetables, grind in a blender, add the lime juice, salt, sugar and chopped coriander.

Serve the fish in an envelope with a slice of lemon and sauce.
