Homemade chocolate with nuts
I suggest that you prepare a home chocolate for this recipe, which is very quick to do that, of course, will delight not only in children but also in adults. But it is not so easy to do it correctly and that you have not had unsuccessful attempts, I advise you to stick to the recipe and all the recommendations for its preparation.
- 150 ml water
- 180 g of powdered sugar or sugar
- 150 g butter
- 300 grams of milk powder
- 50g cocoa
- 50 g of nuts (hazelnuts or peanuts)
- vanilla if desired
In a deep bowl sift powdered milk and cocoa powder (mix) and proceed to cook the syrup. Pour the water into a small saucepan, sugar and vanilla — put on gas and stir constantly until sugar is dissolved until boiling.
Once the syrup is boiled, we cease to interfere and give simmer for 6 minutes on their own. Remove from the heat and add the butter — mix well until it dissolves. Now enter the syrup in a dry powder (milk and cocoa) and quickly stir until chocolate. Add the chopped peanuts or hazelnuts and stir again.
