Honey Ginger Pork
- chunks of Pork fillet by 250 \ u2012300 grams each-4 piece
- lemon—1 piece
- young garlic—5 cloves
- vegetable oil—2 tbsp
- sea salt—½ TSP
For the sauce:
- fresh green chilli—1 piece
- Brandy-100 ml
- Honey—2 tablespoons
- finely grated ginger root—2 tablespoons
Oven preheated to 356° f.
Peel the garlic and finely chop. Pork cut excess fat, lay the fillets in a deep saucepan, squeeze lemon juice on it and Sprinkle chopped garlic. Cover and marinate 5 \ u201210 minutes at room temperature or 30 − 40 minutes cool place.
In heavy skillet, heat oil and sauté in it the pork on all sides until golden brown. Shift the roasted meat in heat-resistant Cookware, do not wash roasting pan.
Prepare the sauce: Chili pepper, removing the seeds, cut into thin rings (if you likespicy, cut together with seeds!), and then mixed with honey, grated ginger and cognac. Pour the sauce into the Pan, where grilled meat and warm literally 10 seconds.
Pour meat sauce-ginger brandy, cover and send in the preheated oven for 45 minutes − 30. Salt and pepper before serving.
