Ingredients:

  • Milk — 125 g
  • Fatty cream (33%) — 100 g

  • Berry (fresh or frozen— 150 g
  • Honey — 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice — 0.5 TSP
  • Corn starch (if using frozen strawberries— 1 tsp
  • Gelatin — 5 g

 

Cooking:

Pour gelatin milk (50 ml). Until it swells, bring to a boil over medium-high heat the remaining milk and cream with the addition of a few sprigs of Mint. All of this cover and leave to cool for 15 minutes. Then heat this mixture again, pulling out her sprigs of mint, but adding gelatin, honey and vanilla extract.
