Horseradish and apple salad with beef
Very familiar products produces attractive Horseradish and apple salad with an unusual taste.
For four servings:
- 650 g beef fillet, cleaned of fat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large apple variety ‘Granny Smith’, cut into strips
- 1 large red apple, cut into strips
- 1 large onion, shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons creamy horseradish finished, pressed
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 h. L. freshly grated lime zest
- 1 h. L. light liquid honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare charcoal grill or in a frying pan Preheat grill on medium-power heat. Meat room temperature smazh olive oil, salt, pepper and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. Inside the piece should remain appetizing pink. Take beef from the heat and leave to rest.
Mix all the remaining ingredients in the salad, season with salt and pepper. Meat can cut slices across the grain, we expand portions on plates and decorate the salad.
