Irish Chocolate Cake


Irish chocolate cake the chocolate from all that I have ever cooked. Very rich taste and flavor, moist and so tender



For the dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g of a simple sugar
  • 150 ml Bejliza
  • 160 GR flour
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 1.5 TSP baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of salt


Chocolate cream:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml Bejliza
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • pinch of salt
  • berries for decoration (optional)



Preheat oven to 320 f. Assembled form with a diameter of 18 cm greased with oil, mould with the bottom of the paper. In a water bath to melt the chocolate with the butter, stir until the homogeneity, remove from heat. Leave on for 5minutes. Add sugar, cocoa liquor. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda. In chocolate mixture, add the eggs one at a time. Pour over dry mixture and gently stir with a spatula until homogeneity. Put the dough in the shape and in the oven for 4045 minutes. Readiness check wooden stick, it should be clean, but damp. Cool and lay out the form.

For the cream: bring cream to a boil, remove from heat, add chocolate chips, stir until homogeneity. Add a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of oil and liquor. Slightly cool and cover the cake top berries.
