Ingredients:

  • turkey fillets — 2 pieces
  • Large sea salt — 250 g
  • Cognac — 50 g
  • Bay Leaf — 6 pieces
  • Red pepper — 0.5 tablespoon
  • Black pepper — 0.5 tablespoon
  • Turmeric -. 0.5 tablespoon
  • Paprika — 0.5 tablespoon
  • Curry — 0.5 tablespoon
  • Dry garlic — 0.5 tablespoon
  • Oregano — 0.5 tablespoon
  • Sugar — 1 tablespoon

Cooking:

Mix all the spices, salt, add the brandy, to grate the meat thoroughly. On a bed of salt to put the meat on top add the bay leaf and cover with salt.

Put into a saucepan and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for a day. Marinate the meat to wash the salt and spices, dry with a towel or napkins. Wrap in cheesecloth and hang it in the fridge on the grid for 12 hours.
