And what’s the magic? The magic of that cake is composed of three different layers, which are obtained by themselves. Amazing, isn’t it? I could not believe me that this is possible. In General, it’s all about the difference in weight and density. Cake is very delicate, vanilla. The top layer, a layer of airy sponge cake reminds Middlecustard or some mousse, and the bottom layer of something similar to a dense milk jelly.

 

Recipe:

on the form with a diameter of 26 cm
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 150 g sugar
  • 125 g melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 115 g flour
  • 500 ml warm milk
  • 23 teaspoons vanilla essence

 

Cooking:

Separate the egg yolks and whites. In a deep Bowl mix the egg yolks with sugar and 1 tablespoon water. Add the melted butter, stir. In the mass gradually add flour, mixing thoroughly. Add the warm milk and vanilla essence. Whites whip upsustained peaks and gently put in dairy lot. You can add and whip another protein, then the upper air layer is longer.

Pour in pastry form. Leave a lot of BREW for 12 minutes. Bake in preheated up to 340 F oven 1:00 The cake is completely cool. Cut into portions. You can decorate with mint and powdered sugar, or candied fruits.
