Mandarin liqueur with aromatic spices is a wonderful Christmas gift for friends and family.


  • tangerines — 10 pieces
  • Vodka — 1 liter
  • sugar — 600 g
  • vanilla sugar — 10 g
  • Water — 500 mL
  • anise stars — 2 pieces
  • cinnamon sticks — 2 pieces


Clean tangerine peel and slice crosswise into rings. Put together with the skins in a glass jar of 3 liters. Add spices, vanilla sugar and pour the vodka. Close the jar and let it sit for 1 week. Shake the jar once a day.

Then filter the infusion and add the cooled sugar syrup. Stir until complete dissolution of the beverage syrup. Pour the brandy in the decanter and close tightly. Store in a cool place.
