  • Large shrimp — 18 pieces
  • Mango 1 piece
  • Lime — 1 piece
  • Sugar — 3 tbsp
  • Rum — 100 ml
  • Honey — 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch — 1 tablespoon
  • Water — 2 tablespoons



First of all prepare the basic components. Clean up the mango and cut in thick slices in 2 cm. Shrimp clean from shells, leaving tails.
