Mango tart — incredibly tasty and beautiful dessert that is perfect for tea parties!

 

Dough:

  • 125 g flour
  • 65 g cold butter, chopped into cubes
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg yolk

 

Cream:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons Marsala wine
  • 23 pieces of mango
  • 1 bag of transparent jelly cake

 

Cooking:

For the pastry blender in the Bowl Mix flour, sugar salt and butter. Pulsing movements chop everything up to status. Add yolk and if necessary a couple of tablespoons of ice water. As soon as the dough starts to come in, to form a disk, wrap in plastic wrap and put in 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Form to tart the bottom of the mould greased with oil paper. Roll out the dough and put it into a form hanging excess cut with a rolling pin. Put a form with test in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Oven preheat in advance up to 356 F. Get in shape with the freezer. On top of the dough to put paper or foil, pour «cargo« and Bake 15 minutes. Thenremove and Bake 10 minutes until cooked through. Cool and pull out of tart form.

Whip cream with a whisk or electric mixer on low speed, all the ingredients. Put cream in Foundation. Mango Peel and slice into thin slices. Beautifully laid on top of the cream and pour the jelly, as shown on the package. Before serving,preferably cool a few hours in the refrigerator.
