Marinated mushrooms — meal ideas
Marinated mushrooms very tasty and popular. Use them as a snack, in salads or as an ingredient in pizza, but also as a side dish to meat dishes.
- White mushrooms — 1 kg
- Dry wine — 1 cup
- Olive oil — ½ tablespoon
- Lemon — 1 piece
- Garlic — 8 cloves
- Dill — 1 bunch
- Black pepper — 10 pieces
- Carnation — 5 pieces
- Salt — 2 tsp..
- Sugar — 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar — 2 tablespoons
- oak or cherry leaves — 3 pieces
Clean the mushroom, rinse in water with vinegar. Lower the mushrooms in boiling water for 10 minutes, add the vinegar and the salt pan.
Heat the wine with olive oil not boiling, which would evaporate alcohol. Add the marinade dill, garlic, salt, sugar, cloves, pepper, cherry or oak leaves. Boil the mushrooms in the marinade for 20 minutes. Add the lemon juice.
Put the mushrooms in sterilized jars, pour the marinade, then roll up.
