For dessert only use fresh egg yolks. You must stir with a wooden spoon the mascarpone with raspberries. Instead, you can use anyother berries. And if you cook a dessert only for adults, you can add a couple of tablespoons Muscat Grappa, which picks up your mood!

Recipe:

  • Ingredients for 4 servings
  • mascarpone — 500 g
  • Raspberry — 300 g
  • powdered sugar — 100 g
  • egg yolks — 3 pieces

Cooking:

Yolks whisk. Continuing to whisk, add the powdered sugar.

Mascarpone connect with egg yolks and sugar and stir with a wooden spoon, then put on 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve with raspberries.
