Mojito muffins — easy dessert recipes
When homes have limes, mint and rum, the simplest is to cook the famous cocktail, but it somehow just too. But delicious muffins! Taste wonderful, kind—too,alcohol dissipates and the taste stayed! And I assure you this is nowhere to try,except in your own kitchen!

- Vegetable oil — 100 g

- Baking powder — 1 tsp
Beat butter with sugar, add eggs one at a time. mint leaves finely break with stalks, chop, add a pinch of sugar and mash (or grind in a mortar — will mint «slurry»). In the oil mixture, add the zest (finely chopped), mint «mush». Sift flour with baking powder, add to the mixture and mix well. Molds and put in an oven at 340º F for 20 minutes.
