 Burgers on this recipe turn out very tasty and hearty.

Ingredients:

  • mushrooms — 500 g
  • loaf — 150 g
  • milk — 250 ml
  • Oil — 80 ml
  • Eggs — 2 pcs
  • onions — 2 pcs
  • salt — 5 g
  • pepper — 5 g
  • breadcrumbs — 200 g
  • semolina — 20 g

Cooking:

Fry the onion for 3-5 minutes. Cook for 10 minutes, the mushrooms, cut quarters. Mince mushrooms, onions and soaked in milk pulp stick. By weight, add eggs, semolina, salt and pepper. Formed on the board with breadcrumbs chops fry for 3 minutes on each side.

urgers can be served with Avocado & Spinach Salad with Pine Nuts.
