Mushroom Salad -the perfect meal for warm summer romantic evening. You can take any cheese.

Recipe for 2 people:

For refills

  • lemons½ pieces
  • olive oil 5 tablespoons
  • black pepper freshly ground1 pinch
  • sea salt1 pinch

Products on salad

  • fresh chanterelles500 g
  • lettuce100 g
  • Parmesan cheese50 g
  • Onion-1 piece
  • garlic2 cloves
  • olive oil1 tbsp

Cooking:

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash and clean the chanterelles. Cheese cut into flakes, you can use vegetable slicer.
Reheat in pan 1 tablespoon olive oil, lightly fry the onion and garlic. Add the mushrooms to the Pan, add salt and pepper and FRY without closing the lid.

From lemon halves to squeeze juice. Cook refills, mix remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Cut the lettuce leaves and drizzle with dressing. Put the lettuce, mushrooms on top sprinkled with flakes of cheese. Serve the salad warm.
