Cooking:

Melt butter and cool. Mix the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder. Pour the creamand butter into flour mixture and knead the soft elastic dough. Put in the fridgefor an hour.

Mushrooms boil, cool and sauté in a mixture of butter and oil together with onions. Eggs slightly beaten with cream (you can sour cream), add grated cheese and mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well. (You can still add any Greens).

Preheat the oven to 340 f. Form 2022 cm in diameter, greased with butter. Roll out dough into a thick layer of 1 -2 cm. Lay out the form so that the dough hung with upstands.
