Nicoise is incredibly tasty and hearty salad, which came to us from the South of France. In the classic version there include fresh vegetables, boiled eggs, anchovies and olive oil. But today we decided to add some individuality to this dishand made her even more attractive, variation. Forgive us the French!

 

Ingredients:

  • Tuna (fresh, frozen or canned) 200 250 g
  • Boiled egg — 2 pieces
  • Potatoes — 2 pieces
  • Cherry tomatoes 10-12 pieces
  • Arugula — 200 g

For filling:

  • Olive oil — 4-5 tablespoons
  • Lemon — 1 piece
  • Mustard — 2 tablespoon
  • Honey — 1 tbsp

 

Instruction:

To save your time, start cooking until cooked potatoes and eggs. In the meantime, on the plate already is in the process of cooking the perfect dinner, beginwork with tuna. Fresh or frozen fish can easily FRY in a pan with some olive oil. And if you decided to use canned — you can just get a fillet of banks and divide into small pieces.

When the potatoes and eggs reach the stage of readiness, cut the potatoes into cubes and eggs slices of 6 8 parts.

And here begins the real magic cooking delicious dressings! Mix the olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper and lemon juice (1 tablespoon). Mix all products until smooth. Honey add not necessarily, but it can give an unusual taste to the whole dish.

It only remains to connect all the foods in the same container, add refills and mix well. Amazing how simple the recipe can become such a vibrant part of the dinner.
