Very tender juicy Salad served smaller portions on pancake! Certainly not only decorate your festive table, but its taste and delight you and your guests! Especially it will be for those who are not indifferent to seafood, and who is always ready to try something new and original.

Composition:

  • Tortilla (tortilla pizza base or finished— 1 piece
  • Cheese — 100 g
  • Daikon — 100 g
  • Leek — 50 g
  • Apple (not big, sweet) — 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise — 1 tablespoon
  • Spinach 1 handful
  • Octopus (canned)
  • Green olives
  • Spicy red pepper

 

Cooking:

Round flat dough-cake cut into servings (can be round, curly or square), to fit the corresponding plates for the salad. Dry a bit, leaving on the table. Hard cheese grate.

Add grated daikon and thinly cut onion. Put some chopped spinach, grated Apple, chopped mayonnaise (can be yogurt or sour cream).
Put lettuce on tortillas, canned or cooked complete the small Octopus, olives, spinach and onions, sprinkle a little pepper if desired.
Tip: instead of the Octopus, you can take other ready seafood or fish.

Serve immediately!
