Oven French Fries — quick low fat recipes
French fries in its traditional cooking is definitely tasty, but very nutritious dish! This recipe is very simple, all the same delicious, but much more useful!
Recipe for two servings:
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 egg white
- coarse sea salt
- seasonings to taste
Peel the potatoes, cut into fairly large bars (fries). Lightly whisk the egg white to foam! Pour through a sieve into a bowl. Put potatoes in a bowl, mix well with protein. Baking tray or a great form to lay parchment or silicone baking mat, no grease! Lay potato wedges at a distance from each other and send in preheated to 390 F oven. Time will depend on thickness of slicing. I have a bake 25 minutes.
Potatoes must be ready with a golden crust and soft inside. Lay out on a platter and sprinkle with coarse sea salt, you can also add your favorite seasonings to taste. Let soak a couple of minutes and you can eat! Such potatoes may even have kids!
The parchment potatoes may stick, so better it lightly with vegetable oil.
