Paprika Soup


Paprika Soup — delicious, rich and beautiful soup, which betray forces and raise the mood!


Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • beef — 1 kg
  • vegetable oil — 4 tbsp. l.
  • onions — 1 pc.
  • red bell pepper — 2 tbsp. l.
  • chilli dry — 1 tsp
  • flour — 2 tbsp. l.
  • dry red wine — 100 ml
  • meat broth — 1 ½ liters
  • Carrots — 2 pieces
  • sausages hunting — 2 pieces
  • mushrooms — 200 g
  • 1 red bell pepper pieces
  • frozen green peas — 100 g
  • Frozen cranberries — 100 g
  • tomato paste — 3 tbsp. l.
  • sugar — 1 ½ art. l.
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


Beef is good wash. Cut into small pieces. Roll in flour. And fry in vegetable oil (2 tbsp. L.) In a frying pan, preferably in a single layer, so that the meat is well browned.

While the meat is roasted, peel onions and finely chopped (I love the half-rings or quarters of the Rings). Add onion to the meat and a little put out. Sprinkle with paprika and red chili pepper, stir.

Pour dry wine, to evaporate the wine. The meat is then put in a saucepan, pour the broth (can be hot water). Put on the fire, bring to a boil and simmer for about 25 minutes on low heat.

After 25 minutes in the broth with meat add the carrots, cut into rings. Continue to simmer for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile, dry cloth to clean the mushrooms and cut into their plates.

Sausages cut into small pieces. Bulgarian pepper Wash, dry, free from the stem and seeds. Cut into strips. In vegetable oil (2 tbsp. L.), Lightly fried mushrooms and sausages. Add tomato paste, sugar and pepper. Pour a couple of tablespoons of the broth from the pan, add the bay leaf, pepper and stew for 3 minutes. Add the meat and boil for another 11 minutes.

Add peas and cranberries, to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas, cover and let stand for about 20 minutes from this soup is just getting tastier.

What soup can be prepared for Sunday lunch, as well as Cookies with dried fruit and nuts.
