Incredibly delicious, juicy peach, crumbly cake that is cooked quickly and easilyand is perfect for a friendly tea party.


  • Butter — 115 g
  • Sugar 190 g
  • Eggs 2 pieces
  • Flour — 210 g
  • Baking powder — 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt — 120 g
  • Vanilla extract — 5 g
  • Fruit — 160 g



Combine in a bowl the sugar (190 g) and butter (115 g) at room temperature.Beat with mixer several minutes to all well connected and weight were slightly.Add two eggs at room temperature. Whip again. Thick flour (210 g) and baking powder (1/2 TSP). Intermixed and pour fruit yogurt (120 g). After you add a couple of teaspoons of vanilla extract.
