Pear cake turns out dense and moist. The aroma of pears and cinnamon are justamazing. To the cake you can optionally add crushed dark chocolate or nuts.



  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 150 g butter at room temperature
  • 150 g of cane sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 15 grams of cocoa
  • 50 g dark chocolate (I have milk)
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder (I have a soda)
  • 3 pears
  • 2 plum (if small, can be 3, are also suitable frozen)



Soft butter whisk sugar. Add eggs, one at a time whisking. Add melted chocolate and cocoa, whisk again. Then — the sifted flour. Everything quickly stir until smooth. From pear extract the core, so that the «tail» (or rather the upper part, with a sprig) remained. The resulting space is to put half a plum.

Put the dough into a mold, and then immerse it in a pear, a little utopia. Bake at 356-375 F about 40-50 minutes. Check with a toothpick (must go from a dry cake).
