Pear cake — easy dessert recipes
Pear cake turns out dense and moist. The aroma of pears and cinnamon are justamazing. To the cake you can optionally add crushed dark chocolate or nuts.
- 150 g wheat flour
- 150 g butter at room temperature
- 150 g of cane sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 15 grams of cocoa
- 50 g dark chocolate (I have milk)
- half a teaspoon of baking powder (I have a soda)
- 3 pears
- 2 plum (if small, can be 3, are also suitable frozen)
Soft butter whisk sugar. Add eggs, one at a time whisking. Add melted chocolate and cocoa, whisk again. Then — the sifted flour. Everything quickly stir until smooth. From pear extract the core, so that the «tail» (or rather the upper part, with a sprig) remained. The resulting space is to put half a plum.
