Pear Cheese Cake

Incredibly delicious, fragrant, lush, juicy (cottage cheese) and a summer Pear Cheese Cake.



  • 250 g sugar
  • 115 g butter
  • 225 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 23 pears
  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • baking powder — 0.5 TSP
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling on request
  • vanilla



Beat the butter and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add cheese (grated through sieve and mix with up to homogeneity). Add the vanilla. Beat the eggs one by one and carefully stir. Pour the flour, sifted with a leavening agent, knead the dough.

Greased with butter and sprinkle with flour form lay out the dough. Slice the pears and RAM them into a circle shape. Bake at 340 F 60 minutes (maybe more depends on the oven (check stick)).

The original was a cupcake with a PEAR, but I did with nectarines, really good they now! Otherwiseabsolutely followed the recipe. I had a low-fat cheese, andmy oven the baked thermonuclear cupcake beautiful golden color for 45 minutes, but it is as always very individually).
