Pear in Crystal Dessert
- A medium-sized PEAR — 6 pieces
- Orange juice — 100 g
- Lemon zest — 1 teaspoon
- Sugar — 300 g
- Water — 650 ml
- Flour — 350 g
- Salt — 0.5 TSP
- Butter — 150 g
- Eggs — 3 pieces
- Baking powder — 1 teaspoon
- Vinegar — 1 teaspoon
- Gelatin (swollen) — 25 g (50 ml water)
- Cream (33%) — 75 ml
Mix salt, flour, baking powder. Rub with butter. Mix egg, vinegar water. Combine the egg and flour mixture and knead the dough, place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough, put in shape, forming the sides. Put into the refrigerator for 15minutes. Get the dough out of the fridge, distribute to form, forming the high sides.
Cover with a sheet of foil food, pour dry beans. Bake 15 minutes at 392 f. Removefoil with beans and bake the dough for another 5 minutes.
Preparation of pears:
Sugar, vanilla sugar, orange juice and lemon zest to put in a pan, add the hot water. Bring the liquid to a boil, then add the pears. Cook pears in syrup, 8—10 minutesuntil softened. Let pears cool in the syrup.
Mix the flour and sugar. Gradually add PEAR syrup and stir. Beat the eggs, add the cream. Combine the flour and the egg-cream mixture, stir until homogeneity.
How to create a pie:
Pears put into shape with shortcake. Pour custard around them. Bake for about 25minutes (cream should system) at a temperature of 356 f. pie Ready remove from the oven, allow to cool 1 minute 40.
In PEAR syrup add a bunch of gelatin. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. To cool, place fill on top of the cream. Put the cake in the fridge for 3—4 hours (but preferably overnight).
