Ingredients for 4 servings
- solid large pear (grushadovolno) — 4 pieces
- dry red wine — 400 ml
- Crème de Cassis liqueur — 3 tablespoons
- black currant jam — 2 tablespoons
- cornstarch — 1 tablespoon
- cinnamon stick — 1 piece
- Carnation — 4 pieces
- sugar — 100 g
Pears Peel and cut the ground for stability. Put the pears into a small saucepan, pour the wine, add sugar, cinnamon, cloves. Cook for 22 minutes over medium heat, then remove the pears.
