Persimmon and Feta Salad

 

Persimmon and Feta Salad is easy to cook healthy and tasty ingredients!

Recipe:

  • Persimmon — 2 pieces
  • Grapefruit — 1 piece
  • Feta cheese — 100 g
  • Jerked ham — 6 slices
  • Mixed lettuce leaves
  • Nuts in caramel — 75 g
  • mustard dressing
  • Balsamic

Cooking:

Sugar water melt in a pan, bring to a golden brown, add the nuts, mix well and leave to cool.

Prepare the filling: Mix balsamic mustard, gradually introduce olive oil, bring to a thick emulsion. Add powdered sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Salad Wash, dry, break and put a pillow.

Top with slices of persimmon, peeled grapefruit slices of ham and cheese, cut into cubes. Sprinkle with nuts and pour the sauce.
