Plum cake — baking recipes
Incredibly simple, but at the same time tasty and fragrant outdoor sand plum cake. The perfect dessert for a season of fresh fruit.
- 200 g sugar
- butter — 120 g
- wheat flour — 250 g
- baking powder — 1 teaspoon
- chicken egg — 2 pieces
- cinnamon powder — 1 teaspoon
- dark plum varieties — 12 pieces, divided in half
- pinch of salt
- vanilla sugar — optional
Mixer or whisk, whip the butter with the sugar, then add salt, baking powder and eggs. Make sure that the homogeneous mass.
The resulting dough covered in parchment paper (or greased and sprinkled with flour) form 21—22 cm. On top of the dough plums cut down. Plum push into dough in no case, as the dough itself will rise while baking, and plums a littlemove inland.
Bake at 356 F 45—50 minutes. When the cake has cooled, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
Tip: you can roll the chilled pie baked in three layers of cling film, and as such can be stored for several months in the freezer. Before submitting, you must hold at room temperature, and then a little warm in the oven at 300 F.
