Plum sauce is prepared easily, and with proper preparation can be stored for a very long time.

What you will need:

  • 3 kg plums
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1.5 of dried red pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 300 g coriander
  • 250 g of dill
  • 250 g of peppermint
  • 1 tbsp. sugar spoon
  • 2 hrs of salt

Cooking:

Wash the plums, to sort and trim any damaged or decayed areas on the fruit. Put plums in a saucepan, cover with water and cook until it seethe.

Welded plum grind, separating the bones, and again put in a pot. Add dill to the drain connected to the beam — it is important to keep it that way, because then he would have to take out. Also, add hot pepper, sugar and salt. Boil prunes for half an hour on low heat.
