Plum sauce — healthy food recipes
Plum sauce is prepared easily, and with proper preparation can be stored for a very long time.
What you will need:
- 3 kg plums
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 of dried red pepper
- 2 cups water
- 300 g coriander
- 250 g of dill
- 250 g of peppermint
- 1 tbsp. sugar spoon
- 2 hrs of salt
Wash the plums, to sort and trim any damaged or decayed areas on the fruit. Put plums in a saucepan, cover with water and cook until it seethe.
