Very tasty sweet batter with nuts and spices, a little sour plums and cinnamon  great combination for cold weather! Ideally complemented by a glass of mulled wine, and in real life fits and cuppa

 

Ingredients:

  • Butter — 60 g
  • Sugar — 110 g
  • Egg 1 piece
  • 90 g flour
  • Baking powder — 1 teaspoon
  • Milk — 120 g
  • Plum — 4 pieces
  • Spices to taste (cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla)

 

Cooking:

In the Cup match sugar and butter at room temperature. Shake it up mixer until homogeneous mass. Add egg and beat again. Then add the flour: you can take 30 g usual, 60 g wholegrain. Then add a teaspoon of baking powder. Well all beat up and pour the warm milk. If you take only basic flour, milk may need less. Start with 60 grams. The dough should be average density.

Kneading the dough. Prepare form (16 cm), do the French shirt wall smeared form cold butter (so the layer is thinner), and sprinkle with flour. Surplus flour pour. Top put the plums, cut in half. You can take any fruit and berries. Bakeat a temperature of 356 F from 30 to 40 minutes.
