  • pork (neck) is 700 g
  • fresh brisket 350 g
  • Onion4 pieces
  • Carrot1 piece
  • mushrooms200 g
  • eggs 1 piece
  • Rosemary 4 sprigs
  • ground thyme1 tsp
  • black pepper1 tsp
  • nutmeg is a 1/3 teaspoon
  • Bay leaves4 pieces
  • salt-1 teaspoon
  • Brandy 2 tablespoons
  • cream (20%)100 ml


Wash the meat. Peel carrots and onions (2 pieces). Throw them in boiling water andboil for 40 minutes. Peel the onions (2 pieces) and mushrooms. Cut them into small cubes. Saute onion for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes. Then add the vegetables in the bowl.
