Spicy potato pancakes can be perfectly combined with soft yolk poached and crispy salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1 potato
  • 3 eggs
  • Salad (lettuce, iceberg, you can take the spinach or rukkolu)
  • 1/4 TSP paprika
  • 1 4 teaspoon turmeric
  • black pepper
  • Salt
  • vegetable oil

Cooking:

Grate potatoes thickly, salt, good to overcome the water with your hands. Break one egg yolk separated, add it to the potatoes, stir. Add turmeric and paprika to the test mix.
