Prosciutto Salad Recipe

Prosciutto Salad Recipe — incredibly tasty salad, where unusual ingredients create a harmonious Symphony of taste.

Recipe:

Ingredients and 2 servings
  • 3 figs
  • 1 large peach
  • 150 g fresh tuna
  • 80 g goat cheese
  • 70 g prosciutto
  • a handful of pine nuts
  • Arugula, spinach, mongol’d

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 12 tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar
  • Salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste

Cooking:

In advance, prepare the tuna: salt and pepper and FRY on the grill (or regular skillet) until desired doneness. Cool. Fig, peach and tuna coarsely chop. Goat cheese crumble, ham break into pieces. In a dry frying pan, sauté the pine nuts for 23 minutes. Wash and dry Greens.

Prepare the sauce: mix all the ingredients and lightly whisk the whisk or fork.
