My friends, I’d like to share with you a tasty and useful Prune candy, or at leasttheir recipe. The combination of nuts, prunes and chocolate — no sugar and dyes—everything is just very natural. Candy, of course, not diet, but much more useful any mound or bought chocolates.
- prunes — 100 g
- walnuts — 100 g
- dark chocolate — 75 g
- ground nuts or biscuit crumbs
Prune to fill with hot tea. Leave to cool. Dark chocolate chopped into fine crumbs. Nuts to grind. Prunes, nuts and chocolate grind blender, should get plenty from which to dazzle candy. However, there is no need to grind uniformity. Form candy, roll in chopped nuts or biscuit crumbs. Put in the fridge for about an hour.
