Pumpkin is a great autumn vegetable: beautiful, healthy and delicious. Pumpkin is quite versatile, you can cook soup, vegetable stew, dessert, cake toppingsand even excellent pancakes.

Miraculous diet pumpkin pancakes with raisins, prepared without flour, oil and sugar in the oven!

Very tasty, healthy breakfast or snack right!

 

Ingredients:

  • 200 g fresh pumpkin
  • 50 g of cottage cheese
  • ½ medium apples (70 g)
  • 1520 g raisins
  • 45 tablespoons of oat bran or oat flakes
  • 1 egg or 2 protein
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 TSP soda
  • Sugar or honey to taste

 

Cooking:

Grind cheese with egg, salt and soda to homogeneity. Pumpkin and Apple grate on «medium«. Raisin pour water briefly, if it is too too dry. Now mix all together except raisins.
Add ground in a blender bran and raisins. All carefully mix. From the test form«cutlet«, spread them on silicone mat. Bake in the oven at 356 F 2030 minutes, keep the fritters Brown, but do not burnt!

Submit diet pumpkin pancakes to the table with natural unsweetened yoghurt and Jam (Sea buckthorn or cranberry or other, according to your taste).

The whole phenomenon of these muffin that if Apple replace the zucchini and don’t add raisins and serve with yogurt and Red caviar they’re out of a nicedessert will turn into a wonderful appetizer!
