Raspberry Chocolate Truffle
- 10—12 Berry raspberry
- 30 ml cream 33%
- 2 teaspoons of sugar with natural vanilla
- 30 ml white wine or cognac
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 300 g tempered dark chocolate (I took milk)
- cocoa powder (I took a powder sublimated Raspberry)
Bitter and milk chocolate to break into pieces, and then grind in a blender a crumb. Mix the cream with vanilla sugar and warmed in microwave 15 seconds.Cream pour in the chopped chocolate.
