Surprise your children with early morning prepare them very light, airy and useful Raspberry souffle with oatmeal in just 20 minutes!

Recipe:

  • Oat flakes 1 cup
  • Butter — 50 g
  • Raspberry ½ Cup
  • Egg whites — 3 pieces
  • Sugar — ½ tablespoon

Cooking:

Raspberries rinsed and dried, then ground through a sieve. Beat the egg whites separately in lush white mass, carefully add the sugar. In proteins pour pink mass and stir with a spoon.

Grease a pudding moulds with butter. Oat flakes soften in the butter. The resulting mass lay at the bottom of the form for pudding. Top protein souffle.

Bake in preheated 392 F oven 1215 minutes. Soufflés should rise above a light brown crust is formed. A healthy breakfast is ready!
