Raspberry souffle — wholesome breakfast!
Surprise your children with early morning — prepare them very light, airy and useful Raspberry souffle with oatmeal in just 20 minutes!
- Oat flakes — 1 cup
- Butter — 50 g
- Raspberry — ½ Cup
- Egg whites — 3 pieces
- Sugar — ½ tablespoon
Raspberries rinsed and dried, then ground through a sieve. Beat the egg whites separately in lush white mass, carefully add the sugar. In proteins pour pink mass and stir with a spoon.
Grease a pudding moulds with butter. Oat flakes soften in the butter. The resulting mass lay at the bottom of the form for pudding. Top protein souffle.
Bake in preheated 392 F oven 12—15 minutes. Soufflés should rise above a light brown crust is formed. A healthy breakfast is ready!
