Ratatouille — easy dinners



Ratatouille is a traditional Provencal cuisine vegetable recipes of peppers, auberginesand courgettes, are largely similar to the Hungarian letcho. It looks very smart!



  • Flour 1.5 cups
  • Oil — 170 g
  • Parmesan — 30 g
  • Water — 3 tablespoons
  • Zucchini (yellow) — 1 piece
  • Zucchini 1 piece
  • Eggplant — 1 piece
  • Red peppers 1 piece
  • Tomato — 2 pieces
  • Onion — 1 piece
  • Parsley is a bunch
  • Garlic — 2 cloves
  • Cottage cheese100 g
  • Tomato puree  teaspoon
  • Egg1 piece
  • Olive oil — 3 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper to taste



Melt the butter and add the flour. Mix thoroughlyAdd the parmesan and a few tablespoons of water. Knead the dough. Then wrap cling film and put in 30 minutes in the refrigerator

All the vegetables cut into rings, salt and pepper. FRY in olive oilMix cottage cheese, garlic and tomato pureeRoll out the dough (up to 15 cm in diameter). Put on the dough cottage cheese mixture, receding from edge on 1.5 cm.

Put vegetables on top and wrap the edges of the dough. Smear dough with beaten eggSend in the preheated to 356 F oven for 20 minutes.
