If you like brownie, cheesecake and Red Velvet Cake, this dessert is the perfectembodiment of the only trio in one dish. Bright, with a rich chocolate flavor, delicate cheese topping and a pleasant texture is a real gift for every lover of sweet.

 

Ingredients

Dough:

  • 2 eggs
  • 115 g butter
  • 110 g sugar
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon red food gel dye
  • 95 g flour

 

Toppings:

  • 130 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 35 g sugar

 

Cooking:

Brownie should be viscous and rather dense, because there is no need to holdwith the eggs, whisking as is often done when cooking biscuits. When the whites and yolks connected together, you can stay.

Cut the butter into cubes and melt on the stovetop or in microwave. Let cool slightly and beat with sugar.

Then add the eggs and whisk the mixture well with a whisk. Now the resultingmass can be connected with sifted cocoa and flour.
