Rice pudding

 

Rice pudding often prepare baby for afternoon tea. Submit with berries (raspberries, blueberries) or fruit (peach, banana).

Recipe for 2 servings:

  • 3 tablespoons rice
  • 1 glass of water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • a little butter for greasing cookie cutters
  • 1 tsp beet puree (optional)

 

Cooking:

Rinse rice in several waters. Pour a glass of hot water, bring to a boil and lower heat to cook it completely. It will take 20 minutes. Add hot milk, bring to a boil again and boil fig 23 minutes. Remove oatmeal from heat, add the egg yolkand stir vigorously. For color and flavor, I add a spoonful of beet puree.

Grease the moulds with oil, fill their cereal and bake in the oven at 356 F 15 minutes. Garnish with berries and fruit pudding. Older kids can pour fat sour cream or jam.

P.s. I prepare children’s meals without sugar. If you want to sweeten — add a mashed banana, chopped raisins or applesauce.
