Recipe:

  • 6 yolks (140 g)
  • 1 cup sugar (200 g)
  • 1 jar of sour cream (200 ml)
  • 80 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 and 1/2 cup flour (210 g)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (4 g)
  • 65 g melted butter
  • 2 medium peach peach
  • 10-15 pitted cherries

Shtreyzel:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 100 g of cold butter

Cooking:

Preheat oven to 320 F.
