Roast Beef with Vegetables

 

Roast Beef with Vegetables are cooked very quickly. Another plusafter such adinner, will remain at least dirty dishes.

 

Recipe for 2 servings:

  • 300 g beef tenderloin
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 handful of mushrooms
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 1/2 Eggplant
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 2/3 tablespoon of olive oil and a little more for greasing
  • Salt, pepper, soy sauce, teriyaki — to taste

 

Cooking:

Slice the tenderloin on the medallions, salt, pepper. On a preheated Pan pour oil and throw the thyme, Rosemary and crushed garlic. As soon as you feel a divine scent, put medallions and saute for 2 minutes on each side. Remove the saucepan from the heat, cover the Pan and let the meat.

Eggplant, tomatoes and Zucchini slice thinly with a thickness of 0.5 cm, pepperlarge slices. Put the vegetables and mushrooms on the grill, brush with vegetable oil and place in the oven under the grill, for 5 minutes. Ready-made vegetables pour soy sauce and serve together with medallions.

 

Tip:

It turned out that the meat soft and succulent, before frying it to reach room temperature.
