Salmon salad


Salmon salad has the full right to take its rightful place at any holiday table. Firstly, it is delicious and easy to prepare. Secondly, it consists of traditional ingredients and they can eat (experienced cooks will understand what I‘m talking about). Thirdly, thanks to your diligence, it turns into a very elegant dish that will decorate the holiday table!



  • 1.5 cucumber (one for the base, the rest — cut)
  • 1 large potato
  • few slices of salmon or trout for layer
  • 10 slices of salmon or trout for decoration on top of salad
  • mayonnaise
  • 100 g canned or boiled crab meat or mashed with a fork fried fish
  • 1-2 eggs
  • shrimp


Cucumber finely cut lengthwise and lay the foundation in the salad of form stars. Potatoes grate, mix with mayonnaise and put on slices of cucumber.



The next layer — sliced salmon. Put a fork mashed boiled or fried fish or crab meat naterezannoe. Slightly pour mayonnaise. Topped with grated egg (1-2 shterb), mixed with mayonnaise. Then put sliced cucumber, sprinkle with mayonnaise. On top of decomposed peeled small shrimp. Gently cover the lettuce into thin slices of salmon or another fish salmon.
