Strictly speaking, snack cupcakes belong to the category «quick bread» and in fact closer to maffinam than to keksam. Yes, and on the table eateries are often muffins substitute for bread, but by themselves they excellent appetizer.


  • Russian hard cheese — 100 g
  • bacon — 80 g
  • dill — 2-3 sprigs
  • Garlic — 1 clove

For the dough:

  • flour — 250 g wheat flour
  • milk — 170 ml (2.6%)
  • eggs — 2 pieces
  • Salt — 0.5 tsp
  • sugar — 0.5 tsp
  • baking powder — 2 teaspoons
  • butter — 70 ml


Melt the butter. Turn the oven to 400 F. In a separate bowl, mix dry and liquid ingredients to complete their connection. You do not need whipping. The liquid portion of the extruded, add the garlic and finely chopped dill. Then the «liquid» part of the transfer to a «dry». Stir until until the whole flour is wetted. Add the batter chopped into small cubes cheese and toss again gently the dough to evenly distribute ingredients.
