Semifreddo Ice Cream
Semifreddo Ice Cream — Italian version of homemade dessert with a variety of mouth-watering additives
- Ingredients for 4 servings
- Cream — 360 ml
- hazelnuts — 1 cup
- sugar — 150 grams
- chicken egg — 3 pieces
- sea salt — 1 pinch
Of the 100 g of sugar, lightly moistened with water, cook the caramel. Add to it hazelnuts, stir and cool. After solidification of caramelized hazelnuts or crush with a rolling pin to break.
The proteins separate from the yolks. The yolks combine with cream and remaining sugar, all beat up. The resulting mixture add the chopped hazelnuts.
Protein shake up with a pinch of salt. The walnut-yolk proteins enter the mass, stir and put in the freezer for at least 40 minutes.
