Shrimps and Pomelo Salad

 

Brother of grapefruit, pomelo, is good that is not bitter. Asian cuisine very cherishes its excellent quality, and for good reason. Verify this by preparing Shrimps and Pomelo Salad.

Recipe for 4 servings:

  • 1 large carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 300 g of peeled shrimps
  • One flesh pomelo, dismantled into large pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons ground peanuts
  • 1 tablespoons grape seed oil (or another vegetable to your taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground chili

Cooking:

Heat the Grapeseed Oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom. Saute shrimp in it to become pink (3 minutes on one side, 2on the other).

In the salatnike mix pomelo, carrot and sweet pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce: prepare the orange juice, sesame oil and Chile. Pour salad dressing, as the mix, top put lightly ostuzhennye shrimp, sprinkle with peanuts.

If you have to prepare the seafood will remain hot Brown rice with shrimp andavocado.
