Cooking sweet soup with mussels.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • butter — 12 g
  • bread crumbs — 75 g
  • lemon juice — 1 tbsp. l.
  • dry white wine — 80 ml
  • cream 10-20% — 6 tablespoons. l.
  • parsley — 1 bunch
  • mussels in shells «Maguro» — 900 g
  • bulb onions — 1 PC.
  • garlic — 2 cloves


Mussels are well washed. Put them in a large pot, pour cold water so that they are covered. Bring to a boil and cook for about 3 minutes, until the shells open. Mussels take out. The resulting broth is strained and return it in a pot and boiled it for about 5 minutes (left to about 900 ml of fluid).
