Spicy rice


Rice with spices has a rich taste and aroma. The perfect vegetarian dish that will warm you up and not leave hungry.



  • 1 ½ cup rice
  • Head of garlic
  • ½ TSP smoked paprika
  • ½ TSP turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ramson
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • pinch of cumin in beans
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil



Rinse the rice and put it in a saucepan. Pour clean water, not salt, put the stew.Remove from heat when the rice is on the hard little clove. Fold it in a colanderand rinse again with cold water.

In a pan heat the oil. Slice the garlic. If you do not want it to be then caught you in a dish, crush the cloves with a knife and place on pan. FRY until golden brown.

When the garlic is ready, pour in a pan heat the oil and spices for a few seconds.
