Strawberry Custard Tartlets


Strawberry Tartlets with custardvery yummy dessert consisting of sand baskets, delicate custard and fresh wood strawberries.


For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg


For the cream:

  • 200 ml cream 1020%
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 15 g cornstarch or flour
  • 40 g sugar
  • vanilla
  • Wild strawberries



Preheat oven to 356 f. Moulds for tartlets butter. In a bowl place the flour, sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the diced cold butter. Chop until crumbs. Add egg and 12 tablespoons of ice water. Quickly chop until the dough starts to gather in the WAD. Form a ball out of it and put it, wrapping it in foil in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. The finished dough in a thick layer of 0.5 cm.
